WHAT IS DANCE FIT CARDIO?

DFC is a program designed to blend the joy of dance with an effective cardiovascular workout, catering to individuals of all fitness levels. With experienced and certified instructors, Dance Fit Cardio aims to provide a fun and energetic alternative to traditional fitness classes.

Our lively dance routines are set to nostalgic tunes to create a unique workout experience. Whether you're a beginner or a dance enthusiast, join us in celebrating the love for movement and music.

We value prioritizing self-care and want to encourage all our members to DO SOMETHING FOR YOU! Take one hour a week to focus on you, and get your brain off the busyness of everyday.

HOW TO REGISTER?

REGISTRATION FOR SEPTEMBER WILL OPEN ON AUGUST 19TH AT NOON.

Our classes run in 5 week sessions - this means that we do the same routines for 5 consecutive weeks. A 5-week session pass is $87.50 + tax.

To register, please click on a class below and purchase the 5-week session. Once you've checked out and paid, you are all set! A registration reminder will be emailed to you 1-2 weeks before your classes begin, and again the week of.
