We have a no-refund, no-transfer policy, meaning we do not offer refunds on any registrations for any reason. Classes purchased can not be transferred forward to the next session.

In the event that Dance Fit Cardio has to cancel a class due to reasons beyond our control (including but not limited to: instructor availability, illness, inclement weather or other circumstances), a credit will be issued to those affected for the value of the missed class. Refunds will not be offered in place of credits. All credits issued have a 60 day expiry period, and can be used on anything in the DFC store, including merchandise.

However, you are always welcome to makeup these missed classes by attending another location within your 5 week session. If you have to miss a class for any reason, OR if we cancel classes due to weather, you can attend another class time/location. Please send us an email with what class you would like to attend to confirm there is space.
