DANCE FIT CARDIO CLASSES

We offer both in-person and online classes. Our in-person classes are available to register for on a 5-week session or a drop-in basis. We are proud to offer DFC in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, Maple Ridge and Ladner.

Online classes are available on PATREON! For $35 a month, you gain access to unlimited plays of our class of the month, as well as monthly brand new mini classes, that are exclusive to our Patreon members.
